邱有仁曾任职平面设计师和报纸编辑,于2000年加入了RealNetworks并开始他的数字生涯,负责澳大利亚和新西兰的Realplayer和Real.com的编辑和广告业务 。他成功地在数字时代不景气的年代中保持良好的业绩,并在2002年被Carat 媒体公司聘为数字策划,提供数字策略,并负责百代、东芝、飞利浦、Freedom Furniture和Yum! Brands等的线上媒体策划及购买。

邱有仁于2004年移居上海, 并建立起 TBWA\中国的数字部门,吸引了阿迪达斯、芝华士Regal、尼桑英菲尼迪以及中国联通等客户。2007年1月agency.com中国正式建立,并于 2008年2月担任总经理职位。

他为芝华士Regal成功打造的地区性数字忠诚项目及百加得用户自发创建的社区屡获殊荣。

Eugene was a graphic designer and newspaper editor, before starting his digital career in 2000 when he joined RealNetworks, responsible for editorial and advertising revenue across Realplayer and Real.com Australia and New Zealand. He survived the dotcom bust, joining the media agency Carat as a Digital Planner in 2002, providing digital strategy, online media planning & buying for EMI, Toshiba, Philips, Freedom Furniture and Yum! Brands.

Eugene moved to Shanghai in 2004, where he founded the digital division of TBWA\ China, attracting clients such as Adidas, Chivas Regal, Nissan Infiniti and China Unicom. The digital unit rebranded as Agency.com in 2007 and Eugene took the reins as General Manager in February 2008.

Eugene has won several regional awards for the digital loyalty program he created for Chivas Regal, and the user-generated communities he created for Bacardi.
