Manpreet has been in media business for over 20 years. He has worked in India, Hong Kong, Singapore and is now based in China. Manpreet started his career with the biggest media owner in India and later moved to JWT India. He was transferred to JWT Hong Kong. In 1996 he moved to Singapore with JWT. He has worked in local and regional capacities on over 100 brands. He helped launch MindShare in Singapore. Under his leadership MindShare grew by 5 folds and had the best new business growth, thus establishing MindShare as the front runner media company in Singapore. MindShare won the “Media Agency of the year Award” 3 years in a running when the awards were first launched in 2004. He is the only media person to win Singapore’s coveted Hall of Fame “Advertising Person of the Year” award in 2004. He has also served as Chairman of the 4A’s Media awards committee and Vice President of Institute of Advertising Singapore.

 

Manpreet先生拥有二十余年媒体从业经验,曾先后在印度、香港、新加坡等地工作,目前就职于中国。其第一份工作任职于印度最大的媒体公司,随后加入印度智威汤逊,不久便被派往香港智威汤逊。1996年加入新加坡智威汤逊,之间曾服务于100多个本地与国际品牌。他曾帮助设立新加坡传立,并在他的领导下,新加坡传立规模扩大了5倍,业务上也是佳绩不断,因此奠定了传立在新加坡媒体代理公司中的主导地位。自2004年首度设立“年度最佳媒体代理公司”以来,新加坡传立曾连续三个年度获得该殊荣。Manpreet先生同时兼任新加坡4A媒体协会主席和新加坡广告协会副主席。

 

In 2007 he moved to China to take the role of CEO of Universal McCann, China. Universal McCann China has now set up a strong Digital, ROI, Insights and Communication disciplines. The company has recently been awarded new assignments by Nokia, Blue Moon, Ping An Insurance, Welch, BASF, Sony Picture, VeriSign, AEON, etc., Universal McCann has launched a series of new research and insights initiatives like Media in Mind a proprietary research that also cover healthcare and Digital studies on Mobility and Social Media.
